Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at AMSpace Recruitment Consultancy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Lead the sales process from initial lead to purchase, handling strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
  • Business Development: Engage with small and medium businesses to identify opportunities to meet their needs with leading cloud technologies.
  • Customer Engagement: Prioritize customer engagement to deliver a world-class experience.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Competitive Analysis: Present competitive offerings in relation to customer needs and communicate the value of our client.
  • Lead Generation: Turn prospects into opportunities and build a revenue pipeline using criteria like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).
  • Performance Metrics: Meet monthly targets of contacting 200 leads and creating 30 opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and in sales or customer management.
  • Skills: Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is a plus, Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-starter with proven performance achievements and goal orientation, strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities (oral, written, verbal).
  • Language Skills: Intermediate or fluent English; fluent or native proficiency in Swedish language.
