Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for deploying new software versions, hotfixes, and products on our test, pre, and production infrastructure. You will also provide user and workstation support, setup computers in PC and MAC environments, investigate and resolve technical issues, and maintain documentation and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy new software versions, hotfixes, and products on test, pre, and production infrastructure
- Provide user and workstation support, setup computers in PC and MAC environments
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing effective and clear solutions
- Maintain documentation and assets for user scope (PC, laptops, printers, mobile devices, users, groups, mail, phone lines, Windows desktop, software, etc.)
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and devices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process by providing insights gained from customer support interactions
Requirements
- Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies or equivalent
- Experience in Windows Desktop advanced administration (solving issues, installing software, configuring, etc.)
- Networking knowledge
- Windows Server Active Directory Operations
- Microsoft 365 operation and management
- Linux and MacOs knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, paying attention to small details that can impact product quality
- Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to agile development environments
