The Opportunity:

At Empresa Reconocida, we're seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll provide technical support to our colleagues across various locations, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to colleagues in Valencia and remotely to those in Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, Cologne, Lisbon, and Amsterdam.
  • Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes, device provisioning, and asset management.
  • Act as a point of reference, documenting new solutions and workarounds.
  • Participate in IT projects, such as office setup, hardware refresh, and technology rollouts.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in implementing IT projects and upgrades, including system migrations and software deployments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support/Administrator role, preferably in a global company or multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting macOS and Windows devices.
  • Familiarity with IT Asset & Configuration Management and MDM solutions.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting global employees.
  • Ideal familiarity with the ITIL framework and IT service management practices.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
