Customer Care Executive Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Executive to join our team at CPM International. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients worldwide.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
In addition to a highly competitive salary of €24,300 per annum, we offer a range of benefits including:

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A fluent level of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to interact with customers by phone and email
- Good team player skills with the ability to work with teams regionally and globally
