About the Role:

The DTN Weather Systems division is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand DTN's presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the environmental market, preferably related to weather.
  • Strong knowledge of the weather systems market and related industries, including aviation, government, defense, and aerospace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Spanish preferred, though proficiency in other languages will also be appreciated.
