Business Development Manager

Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager at Ecolab, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the discovery phase by attending sales calls and raising TWM-specific core business questions to customers.
- Manage opportunities qualification process and make recommendations to the qualification committee.
- Provide support to CAMs and coordinate with Ecolab/Nalco teams in the selling phase.
- Prepare commercial proposals for review by the project team and ensure 100% compliance to processes in place.
- Support sales and MO teams in the follow-up of existing contracts and ensure commercial commitments are implemented.
Requirements
- Requires at least a bachelor's degree in water processing and a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of sales processes and business experience on mid-to-big-size projects.
