**Job Overview**

Affamata is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both virtual and in-person, including preparing meeting agendas and sending out invitations.
  • Assist with coffee and tea preparation for meetings and visitors.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office space.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English or German.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: €1,000.00 - €1,125.00 per month.
  • Part-time position, 25 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
