**Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team. This role will provide administrative assistance with contract preparations, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team in preparing contracts and related documents
  • Review sales documents with customers to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with Sales leadership and executives on contract paperwork and quality assurance expectations
  • Obtain additional information required for contract preparation and completion of applications and forms
  • Review sales documents prior to final closing to ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
