Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary materials.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both virtual and in-person, including preparing meeting agendas and sending out invitations.
- Assist with coffee and tea preparation for meetings and visitors.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office space.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English or German.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
