**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage relationship with Schools and Universities, internship recruitment process and explore new possible collaboration.
- Welcome onboard to new employees.
- Support the implementation of new and innovative HR projects (related with corporate social responsibility, employer branding, internal events and others)
- Contribute with the content and update on our social media, LinkedIn company profile, our internal Sharepoint and the career website.
- HR professional with minimum 1 year experience in an international environment, with especial focus on recruitment.
- University Degree (Psychology, Labour Relations or Pedagogy).
- Fluent level in the English and Spanish language (written and verbal). German will be a plus.
- Innovative and creative personality/mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
