About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our Customer Experience area, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Update databases, write reports, and provide data analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English and strong language skills in French and Dutch.
  • Ability to travel to our offices for training and meetings.
  • Availability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
  • Knowledge of document management and experience with dedicated document management platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
