Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our team at Bark. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our professionals and customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails from professionals and resolve their queries efficiently.
  • Use the Zendesk ticketing system to manage and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide product expertise and assist professionals with any queries they may have.
  • Ensure high service delivery and customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling both calls and emails.
  • Driven and motivated with a great work ethic.
