We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Experience Agent to join our international team based in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our European CX team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our users and gym partners in Spain and Italy.

In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing top-notch support through various channels, including email and chat. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to resolve complex issues will make a significant impact on our customers' experience.

You'll work closely with our global team to understand customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance our service. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and your ability to build strong relationships will be invaluable assets to our team.

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including email and chat.
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the global team to understand customer needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement changes to enhance our service and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proficient/Fluent level of Italian, Spanish, and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
