We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong language skills in Dutch, French, or German, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating shifts
