Customer Service Representative with Dutch Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services. This is a remote full-time position based in North Macedonia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing incoming invoices and payment reminders from clients, corresponding with partners, and engaging in internal communication with colleagues and superiors.
The ideal candidate will have native or fluent Dutch language skills, both verbal and written, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping roles is a plus.
The working schedule will be shift rotation, Monday to Saturday, and the remuneration package will be excellent based on experience, skills, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing incoming invoices and payment reminders from clients
- Corresponding with partners
- Engaging in internal communication with colleagues and superiors
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of all invoices processed
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping roles
Working Schedule:
Shift rotation, Monday to Saturday
