Customer Service Representative with Dutch and English Language Skills

As a Customer Service Representative with Dutch and English language skills, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct follow-up calls with customers to assess their satisfaction after product or service interactions. You will also address any concerns, questions, or issues raised by customers during the follow-up call, gather feedback on the overall customer experience, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns, maintain accurate records of follow-up activities and customer interactions, and upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and has prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields. You will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company and will have the opportunity to acquire a global vision of the automotive sector. We offer a flexible remuneration plan, 23 working days according to collective agreement, internal training plan, and additional incentives for employees referral programs, internal trainers, and new business opportunities.
