Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, providing solutions to their inquiries and issues.
- Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in resolving problems with their machines.
- Identify opportunities to discuss new and exciting products with clients, promoting cross-selling and up-selling.
- Act as an Ambassador, educating customers about products and brand values.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch (C1 level)
- Good level of English for communication with the international team
- Eligibility to work in Slovakia and residency in the Slovakian territory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
- Solution-oriented approach to provide the best outcome for customers
- Well-organized and able to prioritize workload under pressure
