In a collaborative effort with a leading BPO/outsourcing company, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers of a market leader in design and technology of household appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, providing solutions to their inquiries and issues.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in resolving problems with their machines.
  • Identify opportunities to discuss new and exciting products with clients, promoting cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Act as an Ambassador, educating customers about products and brand values.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch (C1 level)
  • Good level of English for communication with the international team
  • Eligibility to work in Slovakia and residency in the Slovakian territory
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Solution-oriented approach to provide the best outcome for customers
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload under pressure
