About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Amazon. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in Romanian and English.
- Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
