About You

You'll play a crucial role in driving business growth in the Iberia region as a Regional Key Account Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize commercial relationships with key customers in Spain, aiming to grow each category sustainably.

You'll report directly to the Traditional Sales Leader Iberia and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and develop strategies for customer engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute country commercial policy and marketing strategy to drive sales growth
  2. Reach sales targets by managing customer plans and identifying opportunities for category growth
  3. Compile customer plans based on identified objectives, involving key functions like marketing, finance, and supply chain
  4. Negotiate with customers and other functions when necessary (Finance, Customer Service, Pricing, Logistics)
  5. Monitor execution by customer of reached agreements and identify counteracting measures against competition activities
  6. C Coordinate turnover and payment process between Customer and Supplier
  7. Analyze and manage price differences, rebates, and commercial documentation
  8. Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and communicate progress to stakeholders

You're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in commercial management, sales growth, and customer engagement will enable you to drive success in this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
