The base salary for this role is approximately €45,000 per year, plus incentives based on performance.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Specialist to join our Peripheral Interventions - Vascular division in East Andalucía. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health sciences and experience in medical device sales, particularly in vascular products and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones in the assigned territory;
- Providing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room;
- Analyzing market trends and business feedback to inform sales strategies;
- Representing Boston Scientific values and integrity at all times;
- Participating in project teams as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Health Sciences or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in vascular products;
- Strong knowledge of vascular systems and digital tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Availability for travel within the area of responsibility and nationally when necessary.
