About the Role
">This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Sales Representative for the Vascular Division in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to achieve sales targets and support the Divisional Manager in achieving divisional goals and objectives.
Job Description
">We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will:
">- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
">- Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular basis to promote our products and services.
">- Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
">- Follow instructions from the Manager to plan and develop the market for our existing and new products.
">- Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.
">- Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager and/or others.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Health Sciences academic studies background.
">- Around 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales; and/or background in vascular products or clinical support.
">- Experience supporting procedures in the operating room will be valuable.
">- Fluency in English.
">- Motivation and positive attitude.
">- Availability for travel in the area of responsibility and nationally when necessary.
Benefits
">We offer a competitive base salary of approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per year, plus incentives, a team-oriented company culture, good benefits packages, and excellent training/development programs.
