  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and other financial aspects of the food and beverage operation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory role in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
