Food and Beverage Operations Manager

SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort, is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Work closely with the Outlet Manager to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.
- Ensure the efficient operation of food and beverage areas, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to HACCP standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in food and beverage management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of local culture and customs.
