Food & Beverage Supervisor Job Description

At SLS Barcelona, we're seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Work closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support the efficient operation of food and beverage areas, including maintaining cleanliness and adhering to HACCP standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage control, including inventory, outlet pars, costs controls, and sales analysis.
  • Train and supervise staff on control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to all control policies and procedures and ensure team members provide excellent service.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in food and beverage management.
  • Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
