Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement effective control policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain inventory, outlet pars, and cost controls
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, menus, and hotel initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, cash handling procedures, and stock management
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in food and beverage management
  • College education and/or advanced training in food and beverage management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
