Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Support the Outlet Manager in tasks and contribute to the efficient operation of food and beverage areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and adhere to HACCP standards.
- Enhance guest experience and satisfaction by coordinating opening and closing tasks and managing food and beverage control.
- Implement agreed-upon food and beverage policies and procedures throughout the property.
- Train and supervise staff on control policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to control policies and procedures and ensure the team provides excellent service.
- Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to.
- Manage cash handling procedures and stock items.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverage to meet set standards.
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality within food and beverage.
- Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management is valuable.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
