Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Kimpton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and quality standards in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and quality.
- Manage beverage control, including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, and sales analysis.
- Implement and maintain beverage policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to liquor control policies and procedures.
- Ensure excellent service and quality standards are maintained in all areas of food and beverage operations.
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
- 2+ years' experience working in food and beverage as a supervisor.
- Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, and team-oriented individual with a passion for service.
