  • Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact customer satisfaction or service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
