About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Business Development Partner to join our dynamic team and spearhead the growth and development of one of our brands. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and execution of innovative sales strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, drive retention, and scale revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure alignment with sales targets and business objectives.
  • Analyzing key operational performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
  • Overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring legal and compliance frameworks are in place to protect the company's interests in partnerships and agreements.

Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree from a top business or engineering school, preferably with an MBA or equivalent for engineering graduates. You should have 3-6 years of experience in operational management or sales, preferably in the tech industry. Your skills should include excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for problem-solving, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
