Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team as Technical Account Manager at Last App. As a Technical Account Manager, you will ensure the best experience for our users and provide input for the development and improvement of our products, serving as the primary point of contact for support with our clients.
You will manage customer issues in real-time through chat, email, and/or phone, providing support during night shifts or holidays, being the primary person responsible for the area at that time. Additionally, you will conduct remote installations of hardware and software at client locations, as well as training and/or configurations with the restaurant team.
You will also provide additional training and/or technical consultations on the program to clients during the program instruction period, and assist the ACX team with medium complexity configurations/demos.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1 year of experience in customer service (experience in the HORECA sector is a plus)
- Native or advanced level of Spanish and English
- Continuous Learning: Ability to learn and great attention to detail
- Communication: Capable of maintaining an appropriate tone at all times during communication with clients
- Problem Solving: Ability to find ways to resolve issues to the point of being able to do so independently
Benefits
We offer a full-time permanent contract with flexible working hours and 2 days working from home per week. Salary: The estimated salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience.
