About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to clients and partners, employing a consultative approach to account management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the business environment for sustained growth on the account.
  • Create and maintain relationships within the account to preserve long-term visibility of strategies and general competitor movements.
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Focus on driving benefits through proactive administration.
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
  • Respond to and provide solutions for incoming client or partner calls.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A native level of Dutch/Flemish and a good level of English.
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales and working with channels.
  • Achievement and goal-oriented.
  • Attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people.
  • Energetic, innovative, and able to work proactively at a fast pace.
  • Excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience.

  • Salary: 21,600€ gross/year + up to 3,000€ gross/year in bonus.
