We are seeking a German-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on more responsibility in project design and work with the latest technology and AI integrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem.
- Constantly brainstorm with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience.
- Troubleshoot, innovate, and manage change.
- Use the latest technology and AI integrations to become an expert in this field.
- Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
- Responsible for Trustpilot reviews and improving overall company NPS through excellent service.
- Flag and escalate customer queries and come up with suitable solutions.
- Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
- Fluent level German and fluent English.
- Customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
- Interest in innovation, particularly chatbot integrations.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to think outside the box to find customer solutions.
- Technical background is an advantage.
- Proficient with computers and typing skills.
- Spanish and mindfulness classes.
