We are seeking a German-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. This role offers a unique opportunity to take on more responsibility in project design and work with the latest technology and AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem.
  • Constantly brainstorm with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience.
  • Troubleshoot, innovate, and manage change.
  • Use the latest technology and AI integrations to become an expert in this field.
  • Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
  • Responsible for Trustpilot reviews and improving overall company NPS through excellent service.
  • Flag and escalate customer queries and come up with suitable solutions.
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluent level German and fluent English.
  • Customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in innovation, particularly chatbot integrations.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to think outside the box to find customer solutions.
  • Technical background is an advantage.
  • Proficient with computers and typing skills.
