Our sister company, Smaato, offers an omnichannel ad server and monetization solution with unparalleled control for publishers and access to high-quality inventory for marketers. We empower publishers to manage their first-party data and inventory in one place, while giving marketers the ability to reach audiences worldwide across any device.
We're looking for a highly driven and experienced sales development professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager, Publisher Sales. This role will be based remotely from Spain and involves sourcing new publishers to partner with Smaato's omni-channel ad exchange.
Your Key Responsibilities:

You'll be working closely with our product and marketing teams to develop client-facing materials and prep for pitches. Your goal will be to convert prospects into signed clients and establish strong, long-term partnerships with publishers. You'll also need to negotiate deals to generate revenue, understand market trends, and develop effective business strategies.
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
- 4+ years of sales experience in AdTech, preferably on the publisher side;
- An existing network of publishers in the EMEA region;
- Experience executing and managing technical integrations, such as VAST, o.RTB, Prebid, SDKs, etc.;
- The ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your experience. If you're passionate about sales development and have a proven track record in AdTech, we'd love to hear from you.
