About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within a specific territory or customer segment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze local market specifics and identify potential new business opportunities within a specified geographic territory or customer segment.
- Validate leads coming from established sources and convert them into opportunities.
- Promote and offer products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, virtual events, and webinars.
- Use digital tools to deliver engaging business or product presentations and bring product experts to enhance relationships and improve sales success.
- Create new accounts and log contact details of potential customers in our digital tools.
- Prepare business cases and ensure deal targets are met for key prospects.
- Ensure customers are fully operational after successful acquisition, including technical setup, training, invoicing, etc.
- Manage and discuss deals using various digital communication channels (email, instant messaging, video calls, etc.)
About You:
We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of sales experience in an IT environment using digital tools, good exposure in data analysis, sales processes, and working with KPIs. Understanding of and/or prior experience with the travel industry and travel agency environment is desirable.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel, life and healthcare insurance, lunch and transport allowance, and other perks.
