We're looking for a Digital Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and passionate team in Madrid, Spain.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Digital Business Development Manager to identify and prospect companies, approach them, and initiate contact via cold calling and mailing. You'll support companies in launching their business on Amazon.es, educating them on the benefits, and building trusting relationships with partner sellers to develop their business on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect companies to collaborate with Amazon
  • Support companies in launching their business on Amazon.es
  • Build trusting relationships with partner sellers to develop their business on Amazon
  • Work with partner sellers to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe
  • Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account)
  • Be proactive and manage improvement projects, such as new tools or processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • Strong interest in the E-commerce sector
  • Excellent level of Spanish and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment and manage complexity
  • Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One or more successful commercial experiences in cold calling or managing customer accounts
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting
  • Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions
