Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Sales Director to create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Meeting with potential clients and building lasting relationships by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Leading negotiation, preparation, and presentation of commercial offers in assigned accounts.
  • Managing and negotiating scope expansions for initial contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business/technology consulting.
  • Previous experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in digital projects and international projects.
  • A high level of English; other European languages are a plus.
