About the Role

We're seeking a driven sales professional with natural instincts to join our business development team in Spain. As a Digital Sales Development Manager, you'll gain valuable experience interacting with clients of all levels and industries.

This high-energy role focuses on finding potential clients across Spain and Italy, taking part in AB Tasty's hyper-growth by helping us acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Sales team to fill sales pipelines and develop skills
  • Research and build new accounts (add contacts, send personalized emails, cold call)
  • Create strategic target account lists and qualify/follow up with new accounts using our lead scoring system
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel AB Tasty's growth
  • Create a great first impression for prospects with a world-class experience and innovative approaches

You'll be responsible for achieving monthly quotas of qualified new business opportunities and supporting the Marketing team in organizing events (trade fairs, workshops, networking events).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment
  • Hunter mentality: strong self-starter personality and ambition
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, Italian a plus
  • Strong interest in new technologies and desire to be in technology sales
  • Team player - comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
