About the Role

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialized executives in charge of commercial growth within your business unit.
  • Work closely with fellow team leaders to expand services and achieve existing KPIs.
  • Oversee the preparation of forecasts, develop new opportunities with existing clients, and translate data into concrete actions.
  • Analyze reports and ensure planning and targets are achieved at individual and team levels.
  • Coach and guide a young and highly motivated team in the growing industry of online advertising.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • High level of written and spoken English (C1).
  • High/native level of Dutch, German, Swedish, and Danish is a plus.
  • Previous managerial experience is desirable.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop.
