We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Strategist to join our Emerging DACH team at Criteo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with our largest clients to understand their business objectives and recommend strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Advisory: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice on how to achieve their business goals through Criteo's solutions.
  2. Strategy Development: Build and execute strategies to upsell Criteo's product offering, driving revenue growth and increasing client satisfaction.
  3. Account Optimization: Analyze and optimize client accounts to improve performance, identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing revenue.
  4. Book of Business Management: Prioritize and manage a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on high-impact opportunities and driving business growth.
  5. Campaign Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are running smoothly, goals are being met, and technical issues are resolved promptly.
  6. Client Presentations: Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  7. Trend Identification: Identify and escalate key trends or challenges discovered by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Solid knowledge and experience in the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise.
  • Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-Driven and Motivated: Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns for all clients.
  • Business Proficient in English: Business proficient in English spoken and written, German is a plus.
