About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Strategist Intern to join our team in DACH. As an Account Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the DACH region, working closely with our sales and client service teams to drive business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performances for clients, providing regular reporting and analysis to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with our Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support clients in optimizing their ad creatives, working closely with our Creative Designers to ensure high-quality and engaging content.
  • Identify growth opportunities within our existing business portfolio, working closely with our Account Strategists to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including creating IOs and tickets, to ensure seamless client support.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our tools and processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.

Requirements:

  • Previous internship experience in sales and client service, preferably in a tech-related field.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Passion for media, internet trends, and continuous learning.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
