Account Manager, Emerging DACH Market

Our Expectations:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Strategist to join our Emerging DACH team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional operational service to our clients, growing revenue, and optimizing accounts to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and develop strong partnerships with small to medium-sized advertisers.
- Advise clients on their digital strategy and educate them on Criteo's technology across channels and devices.
- Optimize accounts to improve performance for clients and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively anticipate and reduce the likelihood of client churn.
Your Qualifications:
- Business fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech-related field.
- Excellent phone-based sales experience and client-facing relationship skills.
- Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications and multitasking skills.
