We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valencia, Spain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve deeper into the optics sector and provide exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting B2C customers via email, chat, and phone, brainstorming innovative solutions with colleagues to enhance the customer experience, and troubleshooting issues through creative problem-solving.

You will also be responsible for handling payment inquiries, managing client platforms, and contributing to Trustpilot reviews to improve our company's overall NPS. Additionally, you will identify and escalate customer queries, develop suitable solutions, and map and improve business processes to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Dutch at a native speaker level and C1 level in English
  • MBO4 diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in working with an ambitious team
