**Digital Sales Associate**

Softwareone está buscando a un Digital Sales Associate para unirse a nuestro equipo en Barcelona. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en B2B, y será capaz de aprender temas de IT y tener una buena visión comercial.

**Responsabilidades**:

Gestión de clientes: Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y basadas en la confianza con los clientes PYME, comprendiendo sus necesidades y objetivos.

Prestación de servicios: Actuar como contacto principal para las consultas sobre servicios digitales, coordinándose con los equipos internos para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.

Estrategia de renovación: Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de renovación adaptadas a cada cliente, liderando las negociaciones para garantizar la renovación de los contratos.

Resolución de problemas: Abordar y resolver problemas postventa, colaborando con equipos multifuncionales para solucionar problemas.

Cobertura de cuentas: Mantener un conocimiento exhaustivo del entorno empresarial de los clientes, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento.

Ventas basadas en datos: Utilizar los datos y la inteligencia de mercado para impulsar las ventas, identificar oportunidades de venta y ejecutar campañas de ventas específicas.

Análisis del rendimiento: Supervisar y analizar las métricas de rendimiento para mejorar los procesos de gestión de cuentas y las estrategias de ventas.

Defensa del cliente: Representar los intereses de los clientes dentro de la organización, defendiendo las historias de éxito de los clientes para impulsar las referencias y los testimonios.

**Qué esperamos de tí:**

Formación académica: Licenciatura o Grado en Comercio o campos relacionados es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.

Experiencia: Al menos dos años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en B2B.

Capacidad de aprendizaje: Capaz de aprender temas de IT y tener una buena visión comercial.

Pasión por las ventas: Entusiasta de las ventas y comprometido a lograr la excelencia en la satisfacción del cliente.

Gran capacidad de comunicación y negociación: Capacidad para comunicarse con claridad, tomar la iniciativa y persuadir con eficacia.

Interés por la tecnología: Un gran interés en los productos y servicios tecnológicos, y un fuerte deseo de aprender más sobre IT.

Mindset: Una mentalidad de crecimiento con un deseo continuo de aprender y mejorar, apertura al feedback, espíritu de equipo y pensamiento innovador.

Idiomas: Nível alto de inglés y sueco.
