We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate to join our team at IDEXX. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a vital role in the overall health and advancement of the region's objectives.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Using SalesForce.com to approve the setup of new SAP accounts.
  • Constructing monthly reporting for the buying group, targeting clinics, and ensuring the sales team adheres to pricing policies.
  • Complete management of the pipeline tool inside and outside SalesForce.com.
  • Creating reports using Business Objects and distributing to the sales team.
  • Weekly reporting of the number of instruments sold, installations, and pipeline.

You will have a keen eye for detail and love to work with data, so you have experience in data gathering. Process improvement skills and excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
