Customer Service Expert for Global Connectivity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish and have a good level of English.
Key Accountabilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts, ensuring efficient and effective responses.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our call management system.
- Stay updated on products and services tailored to individual customer needs.
- Identify and escalate potential service issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and provide coverage for colleagues as needed.
- Manage holiday, sickness, and overtime records while participating in regular team meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- C2/fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written, with a good level of English (minimum B2).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support.
- Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and music/audiovisual products.
- Strong aptitude for customer service with excellent listening skills and the ability to address customer needs.
- Ability to take ownership of customer calls, progressing them to resolution or escalating when needed.
