Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and applying ITSM policies, processes, and procedures across various departments. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and minimize disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ITSM governance standards, including changes, incidents, and problems management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate planned changes and ongoing incidents.
  • Initiate incident handling procedures, documenting basic details and escalating to competent teams as needed.
  • Assist in investigating problems and maintaining incident records throughout the lifecycle.
  • Provide initial diagnosis and advice on known solutions, sharing statistical reports on logged issues and changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on process improvement and incident reduction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
