About the RoleThe successful candidate will be primarily responsible for regional IT Service Management practices and processes, focusing on ITIL processes in Incident, Request, Knowledge, Problem, and Experience Management. This role involves collaborating with the product owner on process design, implementation, monitoring compliance, and driving Service Review KPIs and Reporting.
- Managing Service Experiences AG ticket queues to ensure proactive management of tickets.
- Acting as point of contact for incoming queries, requests, and escalations related to operational tools such as Service Now.
- Tracking results and performing analysis for RUN IT Objectives for EUR.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in Service Management, managing operations for IT Service Management Processes, and coordinating governance activities with IT suppliers for large-scale IT sustain organizations. In-depth knowledge of services delivered to receivers, technical environment, and process workflow are essential.
