Technical Service Specialist for Post-Sales Support in the Basque Country

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team in the Basque Country. As a key member of our post-sales support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and maintenance services to our customers in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding service agreements and provide technical support as needed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales of spare parts, consumables, and service contracts.
- Maintain accurate service records and monitor equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
