About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Agilent as a Customer Support Specialist, providing technical expertise and support to our customers in the Spain region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and services to our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of Agilent's chromatographic instruments and systems.
- Install and optimize hardware, software, and networking products and configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Perform maintenance and repair services, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D, to provide solutions to customers and drive business growth.
- Deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops for field engineers or customers.
- May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers.
- May qualify leads and participate in customer/vendor credentialing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
- Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of chromatographic instruments and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Logical approach to problem-solving and ability to coordinate and prioritize efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and processes, ensuring compliance with Agilent's Quality standards.
- Ability to handle customer expectations and balance customer requirements with business needs.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Spain, with a company car provided for short-distance travel to customer sites.
