Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to support our President with diary management, organization, and administration. The successful candidate will provide full executive support, including:

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Managing travel arrangements and meeting preparation
  • Working on delegated projects and research
  • Filtering general information and queries
  • Keeping accurate records and maintaining confidential information

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling meetings between the President and their direct reports and committees
  • Working on delegated projects and research to support the President's preparation for meetings and presentations
  • Managing the process of obtaining briefings and papers from the Leadership Team on behalf of the President
  • Filtering general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the President
  • Keeping and maintaining accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the President

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Experience of Company Secretary obligations
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and organized approach
  • Reliable, responsive, discrete, confidential, and diplomatic
